Producer impressions: Nos encontramos con un vino bien cubierto de capa y con aromas a frutas rojas, violetas y un fondo mineral, en boca es sabroso, con un final largo enriquecido por su excelente frescura.

Elaboration: Uva estrujada, fermentación y crianza en depósitos de cemento, paso posterior por barricas usadas.

Características del año agrícola 2017-2018:

The 2018 harvest in Ainzón recovers production after the very short 2017. The rainfall in winter and spring was generous for what we are accustomed to (+530 l / m2), there were no frosts or hail, good grape health without problems of downy mildew, excellent flowering and fruit set, and good weather in summer and autumn, which allowed a slow ripening until harvest.

The 2017-2018 agricultural season began with a mild and dry winter until early January that recorded little rainfall. In the middle of this month the abundant rains began and the spring also continued with a very abundant rain regime, until April. Spring was a rather temperate season, with moderate temperatures and the “gale” wind that blew soft and gusty until well into the summer. This was less hot than the previous year and dry, with practically no rainfall from late July to late fall with optimal weather conditions for the harvest.
